ST. GEORGE, UTAH - Blair Steven Barnard, 57 years old, returned to his Heavenly Father on January 21, 2013 in St. George, Utah after a long battle with cancer.  He was born on October 12, 1955 in Twin Falls, ID to Verne and Joan Barnard.

            Blair is survived by his parents Verne and Joan. Children: Sean and Daisha both from California, 4 granddaughters: Justine, LaBree, Hailey and Shelby, and his brothers Brad and Brent, and sisters Joni and Janie.

There will be a private family memorial service held on Saturday, January 26^th.
